Refurbishing of a 50sqm/538sqf, located on a second floor of a late 1800s building, purpose built to house workers at the nearby Estrella Damm beer factory, now an arts space and local landmark. Prior to renovation, it comprised two bedrooms, one storage room, one minute bathroom, small independent kitchen and a living/dining area.

Throughout refurbishing of a split level apartment. The apartment 60sqm approximate in total plus a terrace on the rear. The property at 1st had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The brief was to modernise the property with a modern and minimal feel and add an additional toilet which was fitted under the stairs as well as additional storage.
